"The Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing"

Deep in the forest, a hungry wolf prowled through the trees. “Grrrr… What should I eat today?” His stomach growled as he sniffed the air. Then, from a distance, he heard a soft sound.

“Baa~ Baa~”

It was a flock of sheep grazing peacefully in a meadow. The wolf licked his lips. “If I charge at them now, they’ll all run away… I need a better plan.”

Then, he noticed something—an old sheepskin left behind by the shepherd. “Aha! This is perfect!”

The wolf carefully put on the sheepskin and slowly walked toward the flock. “Baa… Baa…” he imitated the sheep.

The other sheep didn’t suspect a thing. “Baa~ Welcome, new friend!”

The wolf smirked. “Hehehe, they have no idea what’s coming!”

But that evening, something unexpected happened. The shepherd came to pick a sheep for dinner. And out of all the sheep, he chose the one wrapped in the old sheepskin—the disguised wolf!

“Wait! No! This wasn’t supposed to happen! Grrrr…!!”

But it was too late.

Tonight’s lesson is this:

“If you try to deceive others, you may end up tricking yourself instead.”
